![]() ![]() Press in the tab on the left side of the rear door to release the door.If the paper jam is not accessible from the In tray, follow the instructions below to clear the paper from the back of the printer. Step two: Clearing a paper jam from the back of the printer If the paper is still jammed, continue on to the next section. If the paper jam is cleared, skip to Step Four. After removing the paper, check to make sure no scraps of paper are stuck in the printer.Usually, removing one or two sheets from the middle of the stack will release the pressure and the rest of the stack can be removed. If more than one sheet is stuck in the printer, remove the paper, one sheet at a time by taking hold of a sheet in the middle of the stack and, with both hands and firm, even pressure, pull the sheet towards you. ![]() If the paper is still jammed, continue on to the next step below. If the HP All-in-One has a paper jam, first check the rear door. Follow the instructions below to find and remove jammed paper (or other media) from the printer.
